#Bookmarks2017: Digital download with... King James Group
Local digirati shone at the recent IAB Bookmark Awards 2017. Here's some feedback from Dan Pinch, ECD at King James Group's Society and Matt Ross, Group ECD at King James and Punk…
King James Group at the Bookmarks.
“There was some great work picking up awards – in general, digital is being taken more seriously, it is more creative and production values are getting higher. The top winning work is certainly world-class. In terms of our performance we’re proving strong in a number of areas including branded content/social, strategy and it was great to see our Joburg team win a gold with a mobile app for Sendr,” said Pinch.
"We had a successful night considering the growth the agency has had to manage over the last year. We continue to punch well above our weight. Translating 13 out of 23 finalists into metal is an impressive percentage. The really encouraging part was the breadth of the awards we picked up. From social to campaign to film to web to platform to mobile, I don't think there is an agency in the country that can compete with the quality and range of integrated services that the King James Group offers. And, formidably, there's more to come,” promised Ross.
