    [NewsMaker] Scott Cundill

Marketing technology is one of the fastest growing areas of high tech today and South African internet communication company, Majestic Interactive, is expanding to Europe to market its software solutions.

Majestic CEO Scott Cundill explains that "integration will become everything to businesses who understand the necessity and scope of opportunity to connect with and add value to their customers in an intelligent, multi-faceted and ongoing manner".

"Experts predict that all these massive investments in marketing technology, on a global scale, mark just the beginning of the 'beginning'. And with this comes the recognition of the pivotal and vital place of marketing within businesses of today."

Majestic Interactive is a South African based internet communication company, and the pioneers of the 'communication journey'. Established in 2002, Majestic Interactive's customer journey software is being used by over 350 companies and has a 12-year proven track record of nurturing and growing customer relationships into valuable data, and converting customer insights into cumulative sales and long-term relationships.

Majestic3 is a standalone software product, billed as an integrated communication solution. Built as an API core with the capability of connecting into any marketing or business process software, such as CRM systems, web development platforms, accounting packages, POS systems and more.

Organisations worldwide spent $20.2bn (source: IDC) on software solutions for marketing in 2014 alone. Further to this, he predicts that the marketing software market is expected to grow to more than $32.3bn by 2018.

"The future will belong to those businesses [that] understand that their customers are on a journey, and that they are sharing this journey with them. We need to change our world view and integration makes the global enterprise more locally accessible and relevant to multi-tiered markets. Those businesses which realise that authentic communication is the only real currency that matters will be the brands of tomorrow," says Cundill.
