MD of the group, John Gale, is very positive about the relocation and being part of what he refers to as an exciting and important development for the city. "We would like to see this waterfront development becoming an integral part of Durban's tourism offering, similar to the way that the Cape Town waterfront has become a tourist destination for that city.

"We are always asking our clients to make bold decisions with regards to marketing their brands and it seemed only right for us to make an equally bold move in our decision to relocate to the area. Hopefully, other businesses and individuals will follow suit and invest in the area, which can only help to revive the entire inner city area of Durban."

Alan Bell, MD of OgilvyAction feels very positive about its fresh new premises and the vibrant atmosphere of the area. "The company is no doubt a pioneer and it's fantastic to be part of such an exciting development. How many people get to look out of their window and see a cruise liner pulling into the harbour, or step out of the office and smell the fresh salt air off the ocean? We're one of the few businesses in the area at the moment, but hopefully we'll start a new trend and other businesses in the creative industry will follow suit - it's the perfect location for a creative hub and I think we have exciting times ahead of us."
