Celebrating its 21st year in South Africa, the award pays tribute to leaders in the workplace who continually strive to provide guidance that places their company and staff ahead of the pack despite tough economic conditions.
"We're looking to identify and recognise bosses throughout South Africa who make people look forward to go to work. It has not been easy for many companies in the past year as the economy has not been favourable to many sectors, so leadership has been truly tried and tested in many cases. Yet despite this, there are some bosses who have held their people together and inspired hope and confidence,” says Ornella Trinco of Dictum Publishers, organisers of the award.
