I am currently a Public Relations and Student Relations Manager at The Open Window School of Visual Communication in Pretoria-Centurion.

As an above average student who has worked in retail and promotions during the time of study, I am able to work under pressure and dedicate long hours to cultivate my potential in delivering tasks assigned to me and am enthusiastic to join forces with your team of professionals should I be given an opportunity.

My other interests include Creative Marketing, New Business Development, Social Media research and communication, Public Relations and Advertising and as well as trade conducted in Sales and Brand awareness field. Furthermore, conducting strategic research on various topics concerning the field of Public Relations, Marketing and Communications is one of my strengths.

I have developed excellent interpersonal, research, administrative and analytical skills through my work experience, studies, management, social media skills and I was given the opportunity to put these into practice through an extensive Corporate Social Investment project which I headed as the Chairperson of the 2010 award winning group, LINK, for a year. I have also been exposed majorly in new business development and social media through Australia Universities' agency in South Africa where I solely managed social media pages and the website upgrading project. I am also the Social Committee's Chairman at The Open Window.

As the institution's Public Relations Manager, I attend exhibitions, compile and make presentations on the programs offered. With creative techniques and market analysis, I develop and manage databases; I also draft proposals to my teams and principal for promotional material strategies to employ for different prospective students. With the social media proposal structure at hand, I am also handling the research for the platform as well.

At my previous place of employment, I was a volunteering feature editor for Photocomment magazine and ADvTECH group blogger for the term I served at my position at Vega School of Brand Leadership. This is in expression of my interest in writing articles and profiles and content analysis.

Therefore, I consider myself to have the potential to be an asset to your office in the particular sector where I will express myself through production and hard work, because of my sound worth ethic. This also contributes to my eagerness to learn as much as possible from my supervisors and cultivate my potential in the assigned tasks. I am willing and prepared to go the extra mile through building and maintaining relationships with various internal and external corporate structures, institutions in representing and introducing your institution to different markets conducting trade around and with us.

Having been awarded the Best All-rounder award in the Public Relations department at TUT, I believe I will contribute all that I have learnt as I learn and practice the art of Public Relations, Social Media communication, Marketing, Communications and greater Corporate Social Investment activities. I believe I will be able to achieve goals that may be set for me.
