Research company Reputation Matters has created the Organisational Climate Survey (OCS) research model to assess what contributes to employee morale, productivity, employee motivation and behaviour, and job satisfaction.
The OCS was developed based on its reputation management model the Repudometer to extend its reputation research scope.
