There's hope for Good Hope

Good Hope FM has increased its listenership for the fourth consecutive measurement period breaking through the 600 000 listeners barrier - and are on the lookout for a new marketing manager.

Good Hope FM implemented a number of marketing and programming initiatives in the past few months, most notably moving Nigel Pierce to the breakfast show and launching their first ever TV and cinema commercial.

Good Hope FM's recently appointed marketing manager Riedwaan Hassiem has resigned from the station to take up a product marketing position with another company. He had been with Good Hope FM for a month.

Helen Graham, Good Hope FM station manager, says: "Riedwaan has been with the station for too short a time to implement any marketing initiatives. We are out in the market looking for a world class marketer up to the challenge of growing our audience even further."
