The newest Formula One team, Lotus Racing and CNN International announced yesterday, Tuesday, 2 March 2010, the signing of a long-term sponsorship agreement.

The deal, which will be managed by CNN's commercial ‘Partner Solutions Group', will see the world-famous logo featuring on the T127 race cars, drivers' overalls and all team clothing.

“The combination of two such global brands fits perfectly with station's worldwide reach and brand positioning,” said Rani R. Raad, senior vice president of CNN International Advertising Sales. “This partnership takes the station into a new era of marketing and promotion and puts us in front of a worldwide audience of millions.”
