Other acts that will be performing at the party, organised in collaboration with UParty, include 5FM’s Euphonik, 947FM’s Mac G, Chunda Munki, Ray Squared, Kyle Cassim, Austin Cassim, Voltrex and teenage DJ Matt leMont.

The party kicks off after the annual Generation Next Awards extravaganza, which celebrates the brands and personalities voted ‘coolest’ in their categories by South Africa’s youth aged 8 to 22. The event takes place at the Sandton Convention Centre on Friday 10 June 2016.

Trevor Ormerod, GM group sales & marketing at Times Media says, “This year we’re expanding on the success of last year’s Youth Marketing Conference and Interactive Showcase and hosting our first Sunday Times Generation Next after party, where the youth can celebrate and have fun in a safe and appropriate environment.”

The Youth Party starts at 6.30pm and finishes at 11pm. It will be an alcohol-free zone. Tickets range between R150-R200 and can be purchased by contacting the ticket agents on +27 (0) 76 766 7730. For more information, go to www.sundaytimesgennext.co.za.
