Youth mag gets bigger

Mshana magazine has been upsized to an A4 format and is now printed on a glossy paper, with a super-gloss UV-varnish cover. The title was launched earlier this year by Media24.

Targetted at 18-26 years old urban youths, Mshana is packed with entertainment such as trends, profiles of rising and established South African artists and CD reviews, collectable posters and lyrics. There are also insights into topical issues such as being a young father and initiation; real-life inspiration; life skills and career information that your everyday m'jita needs to know; and 32 pages of comics.

The magazine is now available at outlets nationwide, including selected spaza shops in Gauteng. The cover prize has remained the same, at only R6.95.
