A former board director and executive committee member of FCB Worldwide in New York, Bosman was also Chairman of FCB South Africa and is a former President and Chief Operating Officer of FCB North America. His early career included a stint as an investment banker. He holds an Honours Degree in Commerce and a Masters Degree in Law from UCT and is a Chartered Accountant (SA).

The companies within the TBWA \ Group structure, including \TBWA Hunt Lascaris Johannesburg and Durban, \Fusion Cape Town, \Tequila Johannesburg and Cape Town, \TBWA Gavin Reddy, \Digerati and Magna Carta Johannesburg and Cape Town and OPD (Optimum Production Direction), will remain unchanged. Bosman will work with the existing teams to strategically drive the business to ensure maximum performance.
Group Development Director, Mohale Ralebitso and Group Strategist David Wright will assist Bosman with new and existing business, as well as ongoing development of the group.
