Entry deadline for Loeries extended

Take a deep breath, put your feet up for a moment and stop panicking, as you still have a couple of weeks to submit your entries for The Loerie Awards 2006 - the deadline has been extended to 12 July 2006.

While the entry deadline has been extended, the exposure qualification date remains unchanged - eligible entries must have been must be created, published or aired for the first time between 1 August 2005 and 30 June 2006.

All entry forms may be submitted online at www.theloerieawards.co.za and all physical entry pieces must reach the organisers no later than the deadline date, and remember to read the preparation instructions carefully when preparing your work. All queries can be directed to .

The Loerie Awards represents the pinnacle of communication media in South Africa, and entries are judged according to five criteria - concept, execution, relevance to the brand, target audience and chosen media. Work that excels in all criteria - work that is judged to be effective communication by the jury - represents Creative Excellence, and will be rewarded with the industry's highest accolade - a Loerie Award.
