Launch of Col'Cacchio Pizzeria Celebrity Chef series

The Col'Cacchio Pizzeria Celebrity Chef Series 2011 has officially launched with the selection of Bertus Basson, chef of Overture in Stellenbosch, as the first celebrity chef for May. He has created Jou Ma Se Spicy Pizza, which sees the Col'cacchio pizzeria thin base topped with Cape Malay chicken strips, red chilli, feta, a green yoghurt drizzle and crushed poppadoms.

With every celebrity pizza sold, R5 will be donated to the Sustainable Communities Programme run by the Wildlands Conservation Trust, the non-profit organisation striving to maintain South Africa's natural heritage. For more information on the series, go to www.colcacchio.co.za.
