Inevitable Marketing is seeking dedicated and customer-oriented sales agents to join our meet and greet team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their sales careers, with comprehensive training and additional incentives provided.

Sales agents play a pivotal role in our team's success by utilising their exceptional rapport-building and sales skills to drive enquiries and promote our award-winning consultation services.

Key duties include:

Responding to client inquiries and conducting needs assessments
Establishing and maintaining connections with potential clients
Developing a business pipeline for future opportunities
Submitting sales on the portal
Providing leadership and ensuring team cohesion
Working towards set goals
Maintaining accurate system information

Experience/skills required:

Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
Previous experience in sales roles such as sales agent, sales executive, telesales executive, or B2B sales is advantageous but not required
Confident and trustworthy demeanour
Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Requirements:

Grade 12/N4 equivalent
Willingness to travel and relocate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Punctuality and teamwork
Ability to work under pressure
Entrepreneurial spirit
Self-driven with a student mentality
Clear criminal record
