I have tow years of working experience as i was working to a Non Governmental organisation called Zimele Developing community self relience.
I worked as a community development field trainer coordinating manager.
I formulated Self Help Groups in rural areas in order to work with women and the youth in developing their community and as well as as training them in order to gain knowledge and be able to fight poverty by starting projects that will generate money and businesses helping them to bring sustainable development.
I coordinated SHG module training (money saving, credit management, goal setting, communication, problem solving, business, and social activities).
I also conducted site visits for the office of the Premier Officials (monitoring projects and proper utilization of public funds).
I also coordinated, monitored, controlled soci-economic development projects.
