I have over 10 years of experience in telecommunications. During this time, I have performed
various roles, including providing first-line support for mobile and fixed voice services and taking
the lead during an organizational transformation process to ensure minimal customer
disruptions, all leading up to my current responsibilities as Business Development Manager. My
passion for excellence and action orientation has often driven me to identify customer
experience issues, then assemble cross-functional teams and rally them to solve these common
problems. Due to my leadership abilities and interpersonal skills, I'm able to project-manage
diverse teams, setting clear performance guidelines, and ensuring that they are met - both in
terms of quality and speed of delivery. With most of my career primarily focused on achieving
agreed sales targets and managing relations, I'm passionate about incorporating customer
experience into the company's product strategy. To this end, I've completed my studies in BSc
Honours in Business Management, specializing in marketing and strategy.
