CEO Global named Agri SA executive director, Omri van Zyl the 2016 continental winner for agriculture at a gala dinner held at the Midrand Conference Centre in Johannesburg. The business and professional services company acknowledged Van Zyl for his efforts in leading the African recognition programme in the agricultural sector.
The awards recognise the work of those individuals considered leaders in their respective sectors and this year's awards received a little less than 5,000 nominations from 23 varying economic sectors. The winners are selected by a four-tier judging panel that consists of 24 private and public sector representatives from across Africa. KPMG provides the quality assurance throughout the judging process.
