    Ericsson responds to consumer's directive for seamless, personalised immersive content experiences

    Ericsson will be showcasing new capabilities that will help TV service providers to successfully reposition themselves for the internet era. At the NAB Show, on from 16-21 April 2016 in Las Vegas, the group will show the industry's broadest portfolio, spanning media enrichment, publishing and culminating in the most sophisticated media experience.

    Some of the capabilities that will be showcased at its booth are the Ericsson Media First TV Platform, Ericsson’s OTT and online video services and the Ericsson Cloud DVR solution.

    As consumers dictate a new pace of change through their relentless desire to access quality content across all screens at any time, the TV and media industry is experiencing unprecedented disruption and a dramatic shift to TV on consumer terms. The group’s continued investment in its consumer and industry insights research, its broad product portfolio and its global transformation services have enabled the company to meet the challenges of this disruption head-on and create new opportunities for its customers in a competitive marketplace.
