My name is Asiphe Awonke Piliso and I am 23 years old. I'm currently studying a DIPLOMA in Information Technology from the University of South Africa (UNISA). For further knowledge in the field of Information Technology, I have Certificate NQF LEVEL 4 which I completed in 2013.
The following attributes defines my character; analytical, organized and willing to learn as much as I can and becoming efficient and effective towards my responsibilities. I am a devoted, diligent and ambitious young individual who is not easily put off by obstacles. I strive for excellence in all of my endeavors and I got where I'm through hard work and dedication.
I am a disciplined, committed and hardworking individual, completing my Diploma through correspondence is testimony. Studying through UNISA requires dedication, determination and discipline owing to the fact that as a part time student, one tends to have ample time on their hands which could be mi smanaged if one is neither disciplined nor committed. It has to be mentioned that UNISA was my first point of entry to an environment of higher learning fresh from matric where I had a teacher standing in front of me. I was under a lot of pressure because I wanted to prove to myself and my family that despite the challenges of having to study part time due to financial predicaments in a demanding field such as accounting and auditing. My autodidactic experience has equipped me with skills to overcome life challenges and now the next step in the journey is getting a great foundation through an internship while I complete my post graduate studies.
Although I am a currently a university student, my maturity, practical experience, and eagerness to enter the corporate world will makes me an excellent candidate to be considered for an internship opportunity. I'm confident that I would learn a lot from your organization and in return would add great value.
