After more than a decade in the position of Managing Director of Ireland/Davenport, Susan Napier, who joined founding partners Philip Ireland and John Davenport in 2005 in the then boutique start-up agency, and who helped grow the agency into one of South Africa's most successful advertising agencies, has made a decision to return to her roots.
