Phumza Mfenyana has been appointed as the new executive manager for business and technology Incubator, SEDA Nelson Mandela Bay ICT Incubator. Mfenyana was previously manager for enterprise development for the Eastern Cape at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR).
