With an opening planned for mid-December 2020, the new venue will feature a contemporary menu of tapas-style sharing plates, sushi and firm favourites like gourmet burgers and grilled steaks.
Comprising a bar area, restaurant and terrace section, the Eye Bar is located within the new Vib Cape Town hotel.
The venue will be managed by the general manager, Niall Bruyns, with Chef Johann Breedt at the helm. "Vib is a vibrant, energy-filled brand and so we want visitors to the Eye Bar to experience this infectious exuberance.
"We want people to come, enjoy the upbeat vibe and leave more than satisfied after a skillfully prepared, delicious sit-down meal or signature cocktails at the bar," says Niall.
