Business School Netherlands expands Action Learning to Africa

The Action Learning training methodology is fast becoming a growing, working methodology not only internationally, but in Africa as well. It can be implemented into most training and development environments; making it one of the most flexible training tools currently available for managers and business professionals.

The simple steps to the success of Action Learning are diagnosing the problem, plan a means to resolve the issue, implement the change, and finally reflect upon the results. Business School Netherlands has been encouraging and strengthening the international Action Learning community for some 24 years. Established in 1988 by its founder, Dr Dick Gerdzen in Buren, the Netherlands, this Dutch Business School, also a University of Applied Sciences has based its belief on Action Learning and continually provides actual training and development of business managers worldwide.

Through the development of this Action Learning Community, Business School Netherlands with the help of their educational partners has made available and is currently delivering Action Learning MBAs in various countries such as Algeria, Tanzania, South Africa, China, Netherlands, Cameroon, Switzerland, Suriname, Ghana, Nigeria, Sudan and Greece. In most of these countries the Dick Gerdzen Foundation has made partial scholarships available.
