B.I.G is spearheaded by three women: Lee-Anne Fletcher, with 20 years’ experience in the industry, managing projects of varying scale and complexities, and who holds a Btech Degree in Architectural Management and has dedicated 15 years to Bentel; Susan Chacko, who has a Master’s Degree in Design from Italy and over 15 years’ experience in interior architecture in the retail and hospitality environment; and Rachna Lanewala, with over 20 years’ experience specialising in retail environment design, store planning, visual communication and corporate interiors.

Projects under the new division's belt include Pick n Pay on Nicol, with the Cell C Campus (Johannesburg) and the FNB Umhlanga (Umhlanga) in the interior architecture space, and Whale Coast Mall, Greenstone Mall and Clearwater Mall with the provision of wayfinding signage.

“With the month of August being Women’s Month, Bentel Interior Graphics has chosen this as a the perfect time to launch the new initiative and celebrate this milestone as a division that encompasses women who are successfully taking the lead in this new and exciting challenge. Our team is phenomenal in a sense that we all complement one another and our strengths, experience and expertise have enabled the success of this young division. Our aim moving forward is to hit it 'BIG' in the industry awards and follow suit to our umbrella company in its success in the industry,” says team leader Lee-Anne Fletcher.
