Desmond & The Tutus answers a few questions about what they are most excited about at AfriSki WinterFest 2017.
What excites you about this unique winter festival in Lesotho?
Well we've never been skiing before, and the best way to do it for the first time is to combine it with a party! We'll lick the poles on the ski lifts too!
What can AfriSki WinterFest goers expect from you this year?
We're going to make you dance on those cold slopes, after a long day of sliding around on the snow we'll warm you up!
What winter sport best describes your style?
Douglas will be snowboarding, Shane will be skiing and Craig will be playing snow golf (if that exists?)
And finally, what's next for the band?
Are there any exciting developments coming up for Desmond & the Tutus? We are starting to write new material to follow up our last album Enjoy Yourself. Other than that we will be touring the country as usual so you'll be able to catch us all over the place in the coming months.
