Seven wins for Cape Town in TripAdvisor Awards

A string of fresh accolades have been won by the Mother City, as it prepares for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Cape Town has won seven TripAdvisor Awards, reinforcing its status as one of Africa's top tourist destinations.

Cape Town Tourism CEO, Mariette du Toit-Helmbold said: "Online opinion is certainly one of the toughest review trenches, so these awards are truly the ultimate testimony to public favour and a sure endorsement for visitors to the 2010 FIFA World Cup to include Cape Town on their itinerary."
