Jalapeno Burgers with Blue Cheese Sauce (serves four)
Ingredients:
500g sirloin mince
1 large onion - finely chopped
5 Peppadew Jalapeno Halves - finely chopped
Salt and pepper
1 egg
Mix all the ingredients for the burgers and shape into four even-sized patties. Heat a griddle pan and grill the patties to your liking.
Ingredients:
250ml cream
100g Fairview Blue Tower
Pour the cream into a small pot and crumble the cheese into it. Bring to the boil and allow the cream to cook and reduce to a ticker consistency. Serve on burgers.
