Digital Print DTP Operator

Our client, a leading name in the print and packaging industry, is currently seeking an experienced Digital DTP Operator to join their fast-paced production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a solid background in pre-press and digital print preparation.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, convert, and optimise artwork and layouts for digital printing
• Conduct thorough pre-flight checks and ensure files meet print specifications
• Manage colour profiles and contribute to colour accuracy across devices
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) for file preparation and adjustments
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure final outputs are print-ready
• Maintain quality control standards and resolve any issues affecting print quality

Ideal candidate:

• Proven experience in a DTP or Pre-Press Operator role within a printing environment
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of digital printing processes
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and production teams

• Full Adobe CS
• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
• Own transport
• Valid licence
