Service Advisor

Remuneration:	R13000 - R17000 per month

Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?

Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a service advisor at our reputable dealership in Pretoria East, Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

Meet and greet customers
Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details
Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments
Full vehicle handover process
Customer follow-ups
Maintain a high CSI

Requirements:

Matric Certificate
Drivers licence
Minimum three years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
Ability to work under pressure
Outgoing and vibrant personality
