For the first time, this year the Loeries will host an international digital jury chair at Loeries Creative Week Cape Town. Debbi Vandeven, chief creative officer at VML in Kansas City, US will chair the Digital & Interactive Communication panel at during Loeries Creative Week Cape Town (16-22 September).

New packages are now available on the Loeries website for Creative Week. There are two-night-ticket packages for The 35th Annual Loerie Awards, supplementing the full Creative Week packages. Tickets to the International Seminar of Creativity can also be booked separately now.

Tickets and accommodation for Loeries Creative Week Cape Town are now open. There is a limited number of seats available, so book early to avoid disappointment. Tsogo Sun, the official accommodation partner is offering Creative Week packages starting from R188 per person per night, including bed and breakfast.

As the Loeries includes categories for Temporary Structures and Live Events for all activities that contribute to brand equity, including community & public environments, seasonal display, mobile demonstration units, exhibition and event stands, visitor attractions and trade shows, the Exhibition & Event Association of Southern Africa (EXSA) has recently announced its endorsement of the Loeries.

Loerie entries are now open, and those that get their work in by 15 April 2013; get 10% off their entry fee. The final deadline for entries is 31 May and agencies or marketers throughout Africa and the Middle East can enter their work.
