Conscious consumption

We could all do with a little more mindfulness when it comes to what we consume, it's so easy to blindly swallow what is literally fed to you, however there is a definite rise of the conscious consumer that questions how and where their food or fashion is made. I interview the PR manager for H&M South Africa, Amelia May Woudstra about H&M's recent launch of their sustainably produced Conscious Exclusive Collection.

In other top story news, the 2017 Red Bull BC One South Africa Cypher winner is crowned, Martin Myers interviews Sybil Anita Lynch ahead of the Divas Cape Town concert and I review travelling pop-up restaurant One Star House Party.

P.S.: We got tickets up for grabs to the Capital Craft Beer Festival in Pretoria. Prost!

May the fourth be with you!
