Originally South African, Wayne moved to the UK in 1998 to explore other cultures and broaden his knowledge about the world.
Whilst in the UK he met and married his wife Debbie and they now have 2 beautiful girls. His family is extremely important to him and his inspiration to consistently improve.
It was this quest for self-mastery that inspired Wayne to learn more about the art of coaching and personal development. He completed ILM courses in life coaching, business coaching and accelerated learning. It was however his business coach that suggested he explore the techniques taught in NLP.
On completion of the NLP practitioner training, Wayne realized that there was so much ore to learn in the field of self-development and helping others. He soon completed his master practitioner training and then realized he had to share the skills with other people.
Wayne is now a trainer of various professional and personal development courses, including, NLP, coaching, hypnosis, speed reading, train the trainer and others.
