Property Factor was established in August 2001 as a result of me needing a home loan which the banks were reluctant to provide. Sheer determination and a firm understanding of banking and their credit requirements resulted in my home being the very first property that Property Factor financed. In 2004 I was a finalist in the Businesswomen's Association Regional Achievers Award and in 2005 a finalist in the KPMG Editor's Choice Business Award. Property Factor was also nominated as one of ABSA's top business partners during a specific period.
