Some of the most valuable lessons I learnt from my earlier years in high school (Waterford Kamhlaba - http://www.bbc.co.uk/go/em/fr/-/news/world-africa-22372070) were tolerance, compassion, hope and courage.
Together with an open mind, the ability to listen and excellent communication skills, I have succeeded in building an impressive network of trusted professionals looking to improve their careers or hire the best person for their company.

The key is to listen and understand the person or company's needs, I try and get to the core of why my client is looking for a new job or why my client needs a new member of staff - there is always a very important and vital reason behind change.

With experience in retail, media and advertising spanning over 20 years, my true passion and key service offering is in recruiting talent in the advertising, marketing and communications industries.
