His work experience started as a trainer of presentations and public speaking at an NGO called LDS church. He then joined FNB as internal marketing personnel, later worked for Government Department of Labour as Stakeholder Relations officer, moved to join Eskom Distribution business in the Communications office at the Northern region, then, ventured into the entertainment industry as a Marketing Coordinator at YFM Radio Station, before entering the agency arena where he held position of Communications and Marketing Coordinator at Vuma Reputation Management. Nkgadimeng most recent work was with the Chemical Industries Education and Training Authority, as acting manager of Stakeholder Relations and later a specialist in Stakeholder Relations. Currently working on Brand Communication office of the South African Forestry Company Limited (State-Owned Company) also known as SAFCOL
