• I have extensive artisan experience (approx. 15 years) in a petro-chemical and pulp manufacturing environment. • To strengthen my knowledge-level, I recently completed 3 courses through NOSA. They are: Introduction to SAMTRAC, Hira & SHE System Tools, ASHEPP and SAMTRAC. It is important to note that I have not been issued with the physical SAMTRAC certificate. However, below is listed applicable references to certain official individuals who will confirm my participation and successful completion of the courses as stipulated. • I have also owned and operated my own manufacturing company in the binding and finishing industry. • I have signed up for NOSA Auditor Accreditation course which will commence the beginning of October 2011.
