Tiger Brands in talks to acquire Nigerian company
Tiger Brands disclosed on Monday, 7 May 2012, that it is in talks with Dangote Industries Limited in respect of its shareholding in Dangote Flour Mills Plc (DFM).
DFM is a leading company in the Nigerian flour and pasta markets.
"Any developments will be reported to shareholders in due course. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution in dealing in Tiger Brands shares until a further announcement is released," the consumer goods group said.
