2010 Top Women Awards winners announcedThe winners of the 2010 Top Women Awards (TWA) were announced at the Sandton Convention Centre Ballroom, Johannesburg, on Thursday, 9 September 2010. The awards, hosted by Topco Media, was attended by 500 ministers, government officials and business leaders. The awards recognises the achievements of corporate pioneers, government employees and entrepreneurs at the forefront of gender empowerment. A panel of judges chaired by Manola Sanchez Aragu, Wits Business School, selected winners in 21 categories from a pool of nominees that came from all over the African continent.
