A new publication in the HOMEMAKERS Media Holdings stable

This week, HOMEMAKERS Media Holdings ("HOMEMAKERS"), a multi-platform media house specialising in the home improvement and lifestyle industries, introduced a new addition to the company's impressive print line-up - Remodel.

Remodel, an annual glossy publication, is aimed at Gauteng homeowners wanting to make informed decisions on their home improvement projects. The publication is carefully curated to ensure that the most popular home improvement categories are covered, by means of display ads and informative editorial, thus being a comprehensive guide and source of inspiration for aspiring homeowners.

What sets this publication apart from similar offerings is the distribution method. HOMEMAKERS has over the years earned a well-deserved reputation as direct response industry leaders. Managing Director Ray Abrahamse explains; “Distributing a glossy magazine such as Remodel via our tried-and-tested method means that homeowners have direct and immediate access to the publication, it is conveniently delivered to their doorstep and is free! This gives them immediate access to a wealth of knowledge and inspiring ideas. At HOMEMAKERS we believe that if you can dream it you can do it, and this publication is just another step closer to making those home improvement dreams a reality.”

Over the past 30 years HOMEMAKERS has perfected its distribution method, constantly reassessing effectiveness and fine-tuning distribution areas, ensuring that advertisers are connected with a well-defined target market. Apart from the door-to-door distribution, Remodel will also be distributed via the In the Box magazine stands located in handpicked high-traffic areas and shopping centres.

Apart from this latest addition to the group, HOMEMAKERS also distributes two other monthly publications, HOMEMAKERSfair and renovate, to 1.1 million homes throughout South Africa. The company also presents four home lifestyle shows per annum in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria and Port Elizabeth.
