This prestigious event sees the country's top players in the recruitment industry come together once a year to celebrate the year's successes, hard work, dedication and service excellence within the profession. This year's ceremony took place at the Maximillien, Sandton.
Three recruitment agencies walked away with special accolades for their contributions during 2014, as voted for by job seekers who use the CareerJunction website to find employment opportunities. Awards were presented to recruitment agencies in three categories; small, medium and large; the size determined by the average number of jobs advertised over a period of 12 months, on CareerJunction.
The 2014 Recruiter of The Year winners are as follows:
Paul Byrne, Managing Director of CareerJunction, presented the awards.
A special award was presented to Kris Jarzebowski, the founder and ex-CEO of CareerJunction, in recognition of his significant contribution to the South African recruitment industry.
Congratulations to all the winners and runners up as well as Joanne Bartie, from Recruit Group who was awarded the title of Consultant of the Year.
