Provantage Events doing their bit to promote trade relations

As part of the Irish Prime Minister's recent trade mission to South Africa, Provantage Events hosted and executed a flawless luncheon for 320 guests, which included the Prime Minster's Irish delegation, captains of industry and top SA businessmen and women.

The trade visit forms an integral part of the Enterprise Ireland trade initiative, and therefore required a suitably impressive event that encapsulated and communicated the enormity and importance of such a business luncheon.

This high profile event was hosted at Summerplace in Sandton, Johannesburg and provided the ideal environment for guests to network and build business relationships between Ireland and South Africa. Provantage Events was responsible for all aspects of the event, from the vibrant creative theme, invitations, event décor, entertainment and event management. “The event went off without a hitch, meeting all the logistical requirements and protocol expected of such high profile Government function,” comments Dom Smith, Managing Director, at Provantage Events. “Months of careful planning paid off as always, and even Eskom cutting our power was taken in our stride with the backup generator proving to be a vital element,” he concludes.
