One&Only Cape Town makes additions to kitchen team

One&Only Cape Town has made several new additions to its kitchen team. Former Reuben's Restaurant head chef, Chris Mare has been named the executive sous chef of the One&Only Cape Town.

Chef Harold Hurtada joins Nobu Cape Town from Nobu Dubai and will be using his expertise and knowledge, having worked with Chef Nobu himself, to lead the restaurant's kitchen. Chef Kyle Hickman and his team will be leading things in the pastry kitchen.

As the newly appointed resort head chef, Jason Millar will be leading the entire kitchen team.
