Executive development and action learning innovator, Tom Ryan has been appointed as the head of blended learning programmes at the DesignThinkers Academy in South Africa. Having established the executive MBA at the UCT Graduate School of Business, Ryan brings with him a wealth of experience that spans 16 years.
Ryan is particularly apt at understanding complex challenges that business executives face in a South African context and is known for breaking barriers in management education and development.
