Founding chairman and CEO of Africa.com, Teresa Clarke has joined Cim Financial Services' board of directors. Cim provides fund, corporate, and trust administration services and outsourcing solutions to its clients. Previously, Clarke served as a managing director in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs.
