  • Specialises in the development of new accounts/clients.
  • Services and augments the business of existing accounts/clients.
  • Identifies prospects’ advertising, marketing, and business issues and matches these with agency capabilities and ideas.
  • Develops strategies and tactics for pursuing selected prospects.
  • Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services and new services being offered.
  • Recommends additions and adjustments to services delivered, and delivery of services by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintains professional and industry knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks.
  • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
  • Up to three years' industry experience
