Internet-based subscription video on demand service, ShowMax has joined NAPAfrica Johannesburg, the largest internet exchange point (IXP) in Africa. Since its launch in 2015, ShowMax has been made available in 65 countries boasting the largest video entertainment catalogue on the continent.
By adding ShowMax onto the network, NAPAfrica is expected to gain an estimated additional 50Gb of traffic passing through the network. ShowMax has invited all ISPs at NAPAfrica to peer with them by simply sending a request to moc.xamwohs@gnireep.
