The Tomjachu Bush Retreat has submitted its entries for the 2017 Lilizela Tourism Awards; one for its exclusive five-star self-catering and the other for its lodge. The awards are held to acknowledge the role-players in the South African travel and hospitality industry.
The Tomjachu Bush Retreat has entered the awards for the past four years and its Valbonne Villa has received the regional award for best five-star self-catering in Mpumalanga in three consecutive years and has been the national finalist in the five-star self-catering category. Last year, the retreat was awarded as the runner-up in the four-star lodge category for Mpumalanga.
