The 10 finalists in this year's Agri's Got Talent competition will go head to head for a final time at the Nederburg Estate, outside Paarl. The singing competition, reserved for farm, pack shed, and cellar workers in the fruit and wine industries, is a joint project between Hortgro, the VinPro Foundation, and the Western Cape Department of Agriculture.
Contestants stand a chance to win a monetary prize in addition to the opportunity to perform at agricultural events. This year's finalists are being trained by local artists Frieda van den Heever and Hein Poole while Petra Nel from Procare is providing the group with life skills.
This year's winners will be selected by judges Karin Kortje, musical star Sima Mashazi, actor Maurice Paige, and vocal coach Eurica Scholtz.
