Position: Sales administrator
Location: Cape Town
About the role: Seeking an internal sales admin + coordinator.
Responsibilities: - Receiving (capturing stock)
- Creating sales orders and invoicing
- Raising purchase orders for suppliers
- Managing back orders and equipment repairs
- Generating quotes and arranging order thereafter
- Work alongside warehouse in managing stock and order distribution.
Remuneration: R10,000 – R12,000
Minimum requirements:- Experience in using CRM software or similar I.e. Pastel etc.
- Previous hospitality supply-chain experience – advantageous
- Minimum two years' previous experience in sales administration
Skills:- Computer literacy, competent in Excel
- English proficiency – very good communication.
