How did you find the process of being on The Voice?

It was very scary at first. I was surrounded by incredible, established musicians. I felt like a fish out of water. I got a little more confident every day though. I just opened myself to learning as much as I can.

What was it like working with Kahn Morbee?

It was amazing. I was a little intimidated in the beginning. But he is such a cool guy. I learned so many valuable lessons from him which still stand me in good stead after the show.

How did you find the recording process?

It was amazing. I got to work with amazing producers. It was surreal seeing my songs come to life

If you had to describe Restless as a meal, what would it be and why?

Pizza! It's accessible and there is something for everyone. The album is young and fresh and youngsters love pizza.

What’s your favourite track and why?

They Don't Really Care About Us; it came from a really personal place and closely resembles the kind of music I listen to.

Who are your musical heroes?

Queen, Lorde, Kanye West

What’s your guilty pleasure when it comes to music?

I love sad music. The sadder the better! Artists like Lana Del Rey or Evanescence.

Tell us something that nobody knows about you.

I love trance music and trance music festivals. It's where I go when I need to get away.

What’s next?

Touring the album and just honing my skills as a performer. I would also like to do a number of collabs across genres. I also want to write for other artists.

Buy/stream Restless on Apple Music.
